St. Patricks Day Dash!!

I've kind of put these pictures in reverse order but that's ok. Yesterday, Kristi, Addyson, and a group of friends went and walked the St. Patrick's day Dash. (Well NOT REALLY but kind of anyway) They didn't actually walk the normal route they walked there own little route and then went to the Pyramid for lunch. I wasn't able to attend because I was at work but I think Addyson told Kai that, "He was Lucky and Charming!" and Kai told Addyson, "That he was going to kiss her because she was Irish!!"
Here is Kai, Andrew, and Addyson playing at the Pyramid. I think Kai and Andrew were showing off there grips and skills to Addyson.Another picture of the kids playing.

Here is a picture of the guys. (Ryan, Tim, Joe, and Matt) Tim and Joe flew in from LA to do the walk and to spend the weekend. It was nice to see them and to spend a little time with them even though it was short.

Here are the mom's!! I believe instead of walking the route they just walked down by the water front, from the sounds of it they all had a great time.

Here is another picture of Addyson and Kristi on the walk!!

A-LO From The Block

On Saturday we attended a pre-patty's day celebration at the Dyk's house. Here is Addyson with her favorite drink!
Here's Addyson and mom right before heading out the door to the party. Kristi and I just love this outfit. We got the vest from Uncle Bryan, Aunt Naoko, and Cousin Noah and I believe the hat came from the Tuomisto's. Thanks Guys!!

West Side!!

Two weekends ago Kristi and Addyson adventured over to West Seattle to visit Auntie Brooke. I guess Brooke forced them on a 10 mile hike down to the water. (J/K) I'm not exactly sure how far the water is away from Brooke & Davids house but I do know they had a great time.

Just Chillin With Mom & Dad

Here's a couple pictures of Addyson with her PROUD parents. I'm not totally sure but I think these pictures were taken at our home.

John Deere Green

I have to dedicate this entry to my Step Father Gene. To put it lightly Gene bleeds John Deere Green. Every since I was a little kid or as far back as I can remember every tractor, combine, or any other piece of farm equipment was or is a John Deere. Gene even has a John Deere Lane sign that welcomes you when you pull into our driveway. So Gene, thanks for the socks and I promise if Addyson becomes a farmer I will send her your way so you can explain to her how important it is for her to buy John Deere equipment.

The way she sleeps!

Everyday Addyson amazes me. If it's not with her beautiful smile it is with something else. Lately, it's been the way she sleeps. I'm not sure why but she will either sleep with her feet up in the air, wide open, or one up one down. It's crazy!! Here Kristi caught her in the crib with them open. I think she is dreaming that she is a gymnast but I'm not positive.
Here she is again with them open. We also have her sleeping in her swing with them straight in the air and a picture of her sleeping on me in the weirdest position but those pictures are on the other camera and I am to lazy to download them so I will have to post them next time.

Last week Addyson fell a sleep in her jump-a-roo thing. It doesn't seem that it would be the most comfortable place to fall asleep but she didn't seem to mind.

Here's another angle. I'm pleased to tell everyone that she sleeps like her father in the since when I took her out of this thing there was a big spool of drool on her seat.

Our Trip to the Woodland Park Zoo!

Ryan and I both had his birthday off a couple weeks ago. So I asked Ryan what he would like to do and he picked the Zoo. Here are some pictures of our fun filled day.

This is a picture of Addyson next to the rattlesnake exhibit. I don't think she was too excited to be next to it. I think if she could talk she would say "Hey Mom, don't even dare put me next to that snake."

Kristi must be done because she handed the computer over to me so here we go. This is Addyson next to the crocodiles. It might be hard to see but there is one in the lower left. As you can see by my grip I was not going to let her fall in. Although I'm sure Addyson could of a wrestled it to the ground and jumped back into my arms for safety.

Here is Kristi and Addyson visiting Uncle Shawn. We were actually surprised he was up and moving. To be honest I'm just happy he didn't scratch his butt then lick his finger like he does at Christmas.

Here is our little Tarzan on her Ape roaming the jungle.

"Hey ladies, How you doing?" "Pull my finger!"

We asked someone to take a family picture of us while we were at the zoo. Here we are just enjoying the sun and eating some leaves.

We couldn't leave the zoo without seeing Uncle Josh. Here he is making sure his foot is still attached. "Uncle Josh your to funny." I will finish by saying it was a beautiful day and a great 28th birthday. Thank you Addyson and Kristi for a special day.
