Christmas Time!

I know it's already January but I promised that I would post some pictures of the GREAT Christmas we had and I'm going to keep that promise. It started at Kristi's mom and dads the Wednesday before Christmas. We thought it would be a little easier if we packed the kids up and went a couple of days earlier due to our work schedule and it would give us a little more time to spend with the kids on Christmas morning before I headed off to work.

Here are all the gifts before us digging in an opening ours.

I think one of Addy's favorite gifts was her slide. She LOVES this thing and she uses it on a regular basis. The only hard thing was this was the first gift we bought and how do you hide something like this in the house. WASN'T EASY!!
Here is the boys first ever Christmas gift!! Of course they needed a little help from their big sister opening it but she was more than willing to lend a helping hand. It's a little air plane with some little people that they can put in their mouth and chew on. You have to love that!

Of course one of my favorite gifts that the boys got was Twins jersey's from my mom!! Here is Owen with his!!

I think Easton is more interested in eating it then wearing it but hopefully it will only be a matter of time before he throws on his FAVORITE baseball teams jersey (That's right it will be the TWINS and not the Mariners) and ask dad to go outside and play a little catch.

I was kind of surprised on how excited Addy was to open gifts. I thought she still would be a little to young but she ripped into every one and was excited even when she got clothes!!

Christmas stockings have always been a HUGE deal with Kristi's entire family!! I still remember opening my first stocking with the Pairs, I honestly felt like I just won the lottery with all the cool little things that I got! Here Addy is showing us all the pieces of candy that Santa left her!!

PROUD TO BE A MAINSTREETER!! I know most of you right now are asking what is a Mainstreeter? The answer is, that is Sauk Centre High School team's name. We are the Sauk Centre, Mainstreeters!! Why the Streeters? I'm not sure but I think it goes back to the Author, Sinclare Lewis who lived in Sauk Centre during his childhood. He went on to write the book Main Street and win the Nobel Peace Price introducing Mainstreetrs!! All I can say is that I have always been a Mainstreeter and always will and I have to let my mom know that I love the jacket she got!! THANK YOU!!
