I thought I would do something light hearted to get back into swing of things and what is more light hearted then Potty Training 2.0. In the past few weeks we have been introducing Owen to the process and he has been doing pretty well to our surprise. I really don't think it has anything to do with us, in fact I think it has more to do with him getting an orange tic-tac every time he goes potty in the toilet. He LOVES those things!
Yesterday, we decided to take the next step and put him in a pull-up. Here's the catch when Addy was in pull-ups we got her some pink, Barbie pull-ups and of course we had some left over so we thought when the boys are at home we would just use the ones we had left over and get rid of them......bad idea. Here are the pink, Barbie pull-ups that I'm talking about!

Here is the reaction we got when we put them on Owen. He was devastated! it was like we told him he had to wear them for his High School graduation and that's all he could wear for his High School Graduation.

It was like he was saying, "Mom your taking away my man hood!"

After we took them off he was like, "Thank the lord, It's still there and I'm still a man!" I like how Addy is in the back round arguing in his behalf!

"See Mom I don't need a pull-up I'll just walk around like this, Letting it breath!"
I do have to say that after this experience we did go to Target and bought some Toy Story Pull-ups! I guess the Barbie ones will just have to be used by Easton or by me when I turn 70!

Nice "getting back to blogging" post! And I'm loving Owen's hair these days!
I check everytime I come on, so pleased to see you back. The children are adorable
There are a lot of things I would do for an orange Tic Tac! He has good taste. (Barbie is SO overrated :)
