Kristi, Karen, Addyson, and I headed over to Spokane/Colfax last weekend to visit the relatives. On the way over we decided to stop at a rest area to take a brake and stretch the legs. We couldn't of really asked for a better day. It was way to hot but still beautiful.
This is still hard for me to believe but the dress that Addyson is wearing in these pictures is the same dress Kristi wore when she was a baby. Kristi's mom saved the dress in a box for all these years and brought it out for this special occasion. We are trying to find a picture of Kristi wearing it so we can post them side by side. First, the sailor outfit that Brian and I both had, now Addyson wearing the exact dress her mom wore. THIS IS TOO MUCH!!
The best thing about this rest stop is that the Seahawk Booster Club was there selling Lemon-Aid and fresh baked cookies. I think it goes without saying, that spending $1.00 for a glass of Lemon-Aid and a cookie, is one heck of a bargain.
