Pioneer Days

On Saturday we decided to hit the road and head to Cle Elum for Pioneer Days. Since we wanted to save on gas we decided to just hop into the Explore but since we had more people then seats I ended up sitting way in back and let Matt drive.

I guess Addyson was a little un-easy with Matt's driving ability and skills but don't worry Andrew was there to comfort her by holding her hand and letting her know that everything was going to be AOK!! How cute is this!! As soon as we saw this we had to get a picture of it.

Here we are headed off to the parade. We had to park a little ways away but it wasn't to bad. If you look closely you can see Addyson waving hello/good-bye to me.

Here we are watching the parade as a family. We didn't stay for the whole parade but enough to get our fix.

You wouldn't think that a little girl like Addyson would ever get heavy. I mean she weighs less than 20 pounds...... but after a while you feel your back start to hurt, then your neck, then all of a sudden I find myself looking around for Kristi so I can hand her off before I fall to the ground crying for my mother in pain. Thankfully on this trip Kristi and I took turns holding her while watching the parade although it was only a matter of time until Addy was enjoying the parade from her comfortable stroller.
