My younger brother Kurt had a layover in Seattle, when he flew back from Minnesota to his base in Hawaii. His plane was late coming in so instead of three hours we had only an hour and a half but we made the most of it. It was so nice to see him. This was the first time Addyson was able to visit with her uncle and the first time since our wedding, three years ago that we had a chance to see Kurt. I know he's a grown man now but it's so weird for me as an older sibling to see how much he has grown in the past 5 years. I guess that's what the Marines will do to ya. I would of never said this when we were kids but I really think if we got into one of those brotherly spats I would be the one running as fast as I could from him instead of him running from me, the kid is a brick house and he's so dang tan it makes me sick.
I know he has plans to fly home for our family vacation in January with his family, Courtney, Savannah, and their new addition, Keaton so it will nice to meet them for the first time and to have a little more time to visit.

Wow...that makes me feel really old. I still remember in our BSU days, Kurt was only in junior high and you were trying to convince me that your brother Josh's name was Phil.
And way to beat me on commenting on Jed's pageant blog -- I was SO going to ask if he still tapes with multiple VCRs!
Speaking of brick house, back at Sauk, for about an hour, Kurt was doing submission moves on me. You are incorrect Ryan when you say you would be running the other way, because you would not have time to run the other way. You would have 2 broken fingers and would be put to sleep before you knew you were going to get into a spout.
Seriously though, my name is Phil.
Joshua.....oops
