I thought the best way to kick things off is my posting some of my birthday pictures because we all know this blog should just be about me!! On Thursday I turned the big 33! Where does the time go? It seems like yesterday I was running around the backyard playing football with all my brothers. It's crazy looking back on how fast time goes.
This year Addy delivered me a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup ice cream cake. We've always just got the traditional ice cream cake but I guess Kristi decided to spoil me this year and went with the butter cup type and I'm glad she did. I know there is only 4 candles on the cake but could you imagine 33 candles on an ice cream cake...NOT GOOD!!
As soon as Addy handed me the cake she blew out the candles. This girl knows what's she's doing but the only problem was we didn't take any pictures yet so we had to relight them and take a quick picture of her and I before she blew them out for the second time.
AHH....much better now blow them out...AGAIN!!
Last night Kristi, I, the kids, along with the Dyks and Julianne went out to a Mexican Restaurant in Mill Creek. Here is the whole clan. As you can see Easton was to busy eating to stop and take a picture.
Of course Lori had to inform our waitress that we were out celebrating my birthday so at the end of our dinner the entire staff (seemed like the entire staff but I'm sure the cooks didn't leave the kitchen or anything like that) came over to sing me happy birthday and let me wear one of the HUGEST sombrero's I've ever seen!! I know....I look GOOD!!
I have my eye's close in this picture but we had to throw this in just because of Easton. I love how he's looking at Kristi like, "Can I help you with something?"
I just want to say, "Thank You!" to all the people that made my birthday a GREAT day!! I guess I will see you all tomorrow!! What have I got myself into?
